Construction

During the construction phase, Birch Ridge Builders brings your vision to life with passion and precision. Our unwavering commitment to quality, obsession for details and expert craftsmanship create meaningful homes meant to last a lifetime (or two). The Birch Ridge Builders team manages every detail of the construction process; from ordering materials, coordinating trades, managing the schedule and budget. Through constant communication we work to keep the project on time and on budget. Keeping you informed is of the utmost importance to Birch Ridge Builders; updates are provided daily via our construction management software and weekly with site walkthroughs.

Post-Construction

Our commitment to you and your home does not stop when construction is finished. Birch Ridge Builders provides an owner’s manual outlining the components used in the construction of your home. This binder will include information regarding regular maintenance and care required to preserve the integrity and appearance of your home, inside and out. Birch Ridge Builders provides maintenance services and coordinates the work required to keep your home in optimal condition.
